You know, when I was researching the subject of Procrastination, I found sooooo many sites with information & I too have had my own challenges with Procrastination, so it was super important to me to find a solution.

After all, it is really all about conditioning and we know that can be changed.

I recently joined my good friend & mentor, John Assaraf, in his program of the 3 Keys to Eliminating Procrastination and can I tell you categorically, WHAT a difference it has made to my approach to the tasks or chores that I just don’t find pleasure in doing.
